Did I not show you these pretty little girls? They are coming out so fast and furious I can't show them to you quickly enough.
From everything you do there is a lesson to be learned. These girls were done on that yellow journal I have and as I've said - the yellow is a bit too bright for me. So what I started to do ....

was try and find ways to work with the background. In this case I decided to put an entire piece of floral scrapbook paper right on the page before I started with the girls. I wasn't really sure where that would take me but put the girl cut outs - right on top and then worked with the floral background a bit.
Don't they look pretty amongst the flowers? I'm loving this idea of the busy background. Doing more like this in this yello journal!
Lesson: Don't wait for the "perfect" color, background, size etc. to get started - work with what you have and see where it takes you...
